It's sad seeing people happy after the arrest of Kofi Boat and others by interpol-FBI — BullGod

Artiste manager BullGod, known in private life as Maxwell Donkor, has expressed disappointment over the excitement and public celebration among some Ghanaians following the arrest of Kofi Boat, Dada Joe Remix, and others in a recent Interpol-FBI operation linked to alleged romance scams.

Speaking on UTV’s United Showbiz program, BullGod stressed that those arrested remain innocent until proven guilty in court. He called on the public to respect the legal process and refrain from passing judgment prematurely.

“People must understand that these individuals are only suspects for now. The law must be allowed to take its course without interference or unnecessary pressure,” he said.

BullGod, drawing from a hypothetical personal experience, urged Ghanaians to show empathy. He explained that anyone could face false accusations and that it is only time and proper investigations that reveal the truth.

“I just try to put myself in their shoes,” he noted. “We must not be quick to jubilate over the downfall of others when their guilt has not been established.”

He concluded by urging the public to be mindful of their reactions, reminding them that the justice system exists to separate truth from speculation, and that compassion should guide public commentary until the facts are fully known.
