A Kumawood crew member has come forward with a disturbing claim, alleging that internship doctors at Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital in Kumasi, Ghana, performed a medical procedure that left him paralyzed.

In an emotional video, the victim recounted his harrowing experience, shedding tears as he described the events that led to his current condition.

According to the victim, one doctor instructed another to drain a blood clot from his leg. After the procedure was repeated for the second time, he began experiencing severe pain in his leg, which became unbearable. Despite his condition, he was discharged from the hospital a few days later.

The victim's mother took him back to the hospital emergency department, seeking further treatment. When she contacted the doctor who performed the procedure, he allegedly claimed that he had completed his internship and was no longer at the hospital, leaving the care of the patient to other doctors.

The doctors who took over the victim's care recommended a scan, which was conducted. Following the scan, they advised the victim to be discharged and put on medication for some time before returning to the hospital for surgery. However, due to financial constraints, the victim and his family have been unable to afford the surgery, and he remains at home, still suffering from the aftermath of the alleged medical negligence.
