'My heart was broken when Stonebwoy sold me out and joined Samini' — Shatta Wale finally spit the genesis of his beef

In a recent revelation, dancehall musician Shatta Wale shed light on the origins of his feud with his colleague dancehall musician Stonebwoy.

According to Shatta Wale, the tension began when Stonebwoy expressed frustration over his inability to connect with global audiences.

"Stonebwoy felt I couldn't connect him to hit globally because I was not having the links," Shatta Wale explained. This frustration seemingly created a rift between the two artistes.

Shatta Wale further disclosed that Stonebwoy once suggested they collaborate on a diss track targeting Samini. However, Shatta Wale refused, opting instead to encourage Stonebwoy to focus on his music.

"He suggested they do diss song for Samini, but he told him he has good talent so he should focus on his music," Shatta Wale recounted.

This decision may have contributed to the current state of their relationship.
