Each episode would allow the groups to exhibit their teamwork on stage. A specific genre of music would be performed each week where the groups would be given the chance to perform their own composition to battle to reach the grand finale.

Eviction would commence in the third week of the show.

Judges and the public would have 40 percent-60 percent voting power respectively but this time, the eviction would be by the power of a jury, whose members would be picked from among myTV3 fan club, people conversant with music and performances, as well as fashionable young people.

The Gangstarz eviction parties would always be held at the Boomerang Night Club.

Judges for this project would include Jackie Ankrah, Ben Brako and B.B. Menson (the virus from Radio Gold), with guest judges such as Reggie Rockstone, Last 2 among others making appearances. Presenters would be Vashti and Blackboy.
