Ghanaian rapper Pappy Kojo has announced his decision to quit music, stating that he has fulfilled the primary goals he set for himself from childhood.
According to Pappy Kojo, his childhood dreams included performing alongside hiplife legend Obrafour and having a romantic relationship with a well-known Ghanaian actress.
Having accomplished both, he now feels it is time to retire from the music industry.
"Honestly, as a kid, all I wanted to do was grow up, perform with Obrafour, and sleep with one of the biggest actresses in Ghana. I've now done both, so I quit music," he wrote on social media platform, X.
While he did not disclose the identity of the actress, Pappy Kojo has always been vocal about his admiration for Obrafour, whom he regards as one of his greatest inspirations.
The announcement was accompanied by videos, including one of Pappy Kojo performing on stage with Obrafour and another from his boyhood days, where he is seen enthusiastically rapping an Obrafour verse at a party.
