Ghanaian actress and activist Lydia Forson has issued a strong warning to people who keeping fighting people for making constructive criticism of the government.
The actress stressed that Ghanaians already face hardship, and clamping down on complaints will only worsen the situation.
She promised dire consequences in the afterlife for those who try to silence voices of conscience.
In a tweet on Thursday, September 14, Lydia Forson declared "There’s a special place in hell next to the devil where the flames are extra hot for the propagandist who shut down any criticism of the government."
She continued "People are suffering but you want to add to it by shutting them down for complaining? You will BURN”.
The actress is known for using her social media presence to highlight societal issues and hold the government accountable.
But most times, she complains of being attacked by sympathizers of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP).
