I feel so useless — Ameyaw Debrah mistakenly fills visa application as female instead of male, cries for his money

Ghanaian lifestyle blogger and journalist Ameyaw Debrah expressed regret after making a mistake on his recent visa application.

Ameyaw Debrah revealed that he had incorrectly filled out his application as a female instead of a male.

In a tweet on Wednesday, September 13, he asked if his money was refundable or not.

The error, he said was discovered when he received a letter instructing him to complete biometrics at the Visa Facilitation Center (VFS).

Upon reviewing the application details, he noticed he had selected the wrong gender.

"I feel so useless right now. I submitted a 'tedious' visa application only for me to find out that I had filled the form as a female when I received a letter to go and do biometrics at VFS centre! sika no ashi anaaa?" he wrote.
