Steve Harvey, a renowned American television personality and comedian, has lauded Ghana’s unique sense of hospitality.
The global icon has urged people who wish to visit Africa to make it a point to visit Ghana first and then Botswana.
The American broadcast asserted that Botswana is very rich in diamonds while encouraging Black Americans and other travel enthusiasts to forget about whatever bad information they have been fed about the continent.
In a YouTube video, Mr. Harvey told the black American population that they will feel at home any time they visit Africa.
He averred, "Leave everything you've ever heard." After you go to Africa, you've got to go to Ghana first, and then you need to go to Botswana because you need to see what we... (Pause.)"
Shifting to the entertainment scene, the actor cum broadcaster refuted claims that Nigerian Afrobeats sensation Burna Boy has been copying American artists.
He resolved that it is the American singers who are trying so hard to copy the Grammy-winning singer.
"Them Africans is us mhen; they are the beat; they are the rhythm; they are the song. They are the hard work; we get our courage from them. When you see them, people, they look just like your family," he added.
