A Ghanaian songwriter, singer and model, Adina Themhi Ndamse known by her stage name, Adina has explained why there is no need for her to share stories about her private life in public.
The singer, who hardly speaks about her love life, claims she doesn't want to distract her fans from her craft.
According to the "Killing Me Softly" singer, she is well known because of her music, and that is what her fans should be focusing on.
Adina explained on Doreen Avio’s show on Accra-based JoyPrime TV that stories concerning who she is with or not with shouldn’t be her fans’ priority but instead what she gives to the world, the music.
"[The reason I don’t speak about my love life] is because I feel like my love life is probably going to distract people from paying attention to the reason why everybody knows me and likes me. You only know me because I’m the girl that sings, right?
"And that’s what I want everybody to focus on, because that is my gift to the world. I don't want you to focus on who I'm with or not with," Adina Thembi explained.
