Just be you and stop living fake lifestyle — Martha Ankomah advises 'laborrow' celebrities

Famous Ghanaian actress and brand influencer, Martha Ankomah has advised her fellow female celebrities against fake and “laborrow" lifestyles.

She told them not to borrow things that do not belong to them just to appear classy.

The brand ambassador for GTP worried that such "useless" lifestyles by some celebrities could badly influence the youth.

Speaking with actress and media personality Emelia Brobbey on her 'Okukuseku' show, Miss Martha clarified that she is not advocating for a bad lifestyle but wants people to do their best and not to copy fake a particular life they cannot afford.

“Living a fake life to impress who? she asked, adding, “Wear borrowed outfits to do a photo shoot at a nice neighbourhood to look rich.”

She continued, “I am not telling you to look unkempt cuz that one bore me more than anything on earth but at least...don't deceive yourself and others. JUST BE YOU.”
