Adjetey Anang, a veteran Ghanaian actor, has advised Ghanaian youths to work hard in their endeavors so that the more established members in the entertainment industry can support them.

The ace actor's statement echoed the current Ghanaian youth's desire to quickly rise to the top, particularly in the entertainment industry, without relying on mentorship from experienced professionals.

Addressing the issue as an entertainer, Mr. Anang added that young people who want to work in the entertainment industry should learn to endure unpleasant situations because it is the only way for them to be serious about their work.

“We are living in an age where there is the tendency to quick-fix things and therefore young people who really want to come into this space should learn to stay in the process because that’s how you’re baked…When you put in the hard work that’s when you’ll be baked,” he said.

He said this during an exclusive interview with Kisa Gbekle on GH One TV's "The Business of Entertainment" show on Saturday, June 13, 2022.

The actor revealed yet again that he had enough money aside from his regular movie work a few years ago as a result of his hard work.

"Actually, let me tell you the truth, in certain years, I made much more money outside movies," he disclosed.
