Video of legendary producer Sugar Tone in a bad state surfaces online (WATCH)

Sugar Tone was the best, a legendary music producer who has worked with A-listed Ghanaian musicians and talents across the country.

In 2016, a video went viral where he confessed to using illicit drugs.
