Empire Entertainment last Friday organized a reception and awards night at the Alisa hotel in Accra, to reward clients who have supported the company over the past year.
The cocktail and awards night form part of activities marking Empire Entertainment's first anniversary celebrations.
Awards went to organizations such as 4syte TV, TV3, Zoomlion, Citi Fm, the Aphrodisiac night club, and Exopa among others, commending them for their support. The party and award night was later rounded up at the Aphrodisiac Night Club with an after-party.
Speaking at the ceremony, Hon. Stephen Asamoah-Boateng, Minister for Tourism and Diasporan Relations congratulated the chief executive officer of the company, Nat Kwabena Adisi, aka Bola Ray and the entire staff for their contribution towards the growth of entertainment and tourism industry in Ghana.
The occasion, which attracted the patronage of musicians, radio DJs, presenters, journalists and movie stars, witnessed a musical performance from Wutah, as well as some enthralling music tunes from DJ Nii Ayi Tagoe of Joy Fm.
