Ghanaian legendary musician, Kojo Antwi, has remarked that the Ghanaian entertainment industry is hobbling on its legs and the earlier we heal it the better.
In an interview with Kobbykyeinews, “Mr. Music Man” again hit on the chord of a lack of support for the industry. “Our entertainment is struggling, it’s limping and once we heal it that aspect will be taken care of”, he said.
When asked about the sickness the industry is suffering from for which it needs healing, the ace musician said the industry lacks support and attention from the government.
Kojo Antwi seemed to suggest that the government should leverage on the Shatta-Guiltybeatz-Beyonce collaboration and support the showbiz industry so we can invade the international market and by so doing bring some dollars to Ghana for economic growth and development other than throwing our resources, and support at unprofitable sectors like the Black Stars.
