Sensational Reggae and Dancehall artiste, Emmanuel Andrews Samini popularly known as Samini has refuted rumours that fast-rising Afropop artiste, Deon Boakye, has been signed to High Grade Family.
Speaking in an interview on e.TV Ghana’s Late Nite Celebrity Show,, the "Sweet mistake"hitmaker disclosed that he only endorsed the artist for his talent.
“He is a High Grade artiste you can say that, but professionally you need to sign a contract. Put paper and pen together before you can say that. Official as I speak, he is my son I have endorsed him and stamp on anything he does and I also share his works”.
“Until I put pen and paper together for him I can’t say I have signed him because it will be dangerous to say that.”
When asked if he was going to sign him he said, ” if I get back to signing artistes and he needs me, yes i will sign him but if by then he is big enough then he will not need me because my platform is for the very up and coming who needs to blow”.
“I have endorsed him so he has the right to say High Grade Family wherever he goes with no fear”
We are hoping that the contract is drafted and signed soon as joining the High Grade Family will go a long way to bring upcoming Music Artiste Deon Boakye to the spotlight.
