Nigerian artiste D’banj aka De kokomaster has paid a courtesy call on President of Ghana, Nana Akufo-Addo on Monday 7th January 2019 at the Jubilee House
According to HotfmOnlinegh.com checks, the meeting was about improving the creative arts industry.
The ‘Oliver Twist’ hitmaker who couldn’t hide his enchantment after meeting the president of Ghana took to his instagram page and wrote:
‘It was an amazing meeting with the president of Ghana can’t wait to share with you all what’s coming. Content is the New Crude’.
D’banj is currently best known internationally for his 2012 summer hit “Oliver Twist”, an uptempo dance fusion of Afrobeat and electronic dance music that topped the African charts in 2011.
The song was a top 10 hit in the UK singles chart in 2012 reaching No. 2 on the UK R&B chart. As of 2016, D’banj is ranked to be the richest solo musician in Nigeria .
