The forecourt of The Multimedia Group premises (Faanofa Street) was on the night of Saturday, December 29 chocked with music lovers.
They trooped into the venue in their numbers for the maiden edition of Hitz FM’s Harmattan Street Jam.
The open-air event, which will be an annual feature, turned out to be the biggest street jam to hit the streets in the capital.
The event, supported by Joy Prime, was Hitz FM’s way of closing 2018 in grand style after a successful year.
The Hitz FM Harmattan Street Jam saw some of the station’s finest DJs including DJ Bridash, DJ IKON, as well as Mic Gizo as and Merqury Quaye, two of Ghana’s best MCs, thrill patrons to good music and entertainment.
There were intermittent performances from Real MC, Slim Souljah, and a host of other acts. Apart from the performances, there were also a series of dancing competitions.
The maiden edition of the Hitz FM Harmattan Street Jam, which kicked off at 8 pm, ended in the wee hours of Sunday with patrons leaving the venue really entertained.
