Gospel artiste, Calvis Hammond, has launched his maiden album ‘God is Able’ at his annual concert dubbed ‘Calvis Hammond Live’. The event was held at the Adae Kesie Hall of the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel.
The concert was used to launch the album. It was characterized by performances from Calvis Hammond; guest artiste, Kofi Dua Anto (KODA); Cwesi Oteng; Jacqueline Mpare; Toks Nnamani from Nigeria; Musell Mensah; Rejoice Otchere; and David Song.
At the event, Calvis Hammond thrilled patrons with some of the songs on his maiden album which include Lala Hee, Franco Jam, No Rock Like Our God, among others.
The event attracted a number of gospel music stakeholders as well as fellow gospel artistes like Joe Mettle, Nii Okai, Jeshurun Okyere and Rev. Elliot Lamptey.
The 9-track gospel album has a blend of genres, covering contemporary RnB, African jazz and praise, and is available on iTunes, Aftown and all digital music stores.
