Nigerian songstress Yemi Alade honoured former UN secretary General, Kofi Annan with a song in 2016.
The song titled “Koffi Annan” has however witnessed a surge in views on Youtube after the demise of the Ghanaian diplomat.
The banger which has gathered over 2.5 million views and counting has got people pouring their hearts out to the family of the late Kofi Annan.
Dr Kofi Annan passed away on August 18, 2018 after a brief illness in Switzerland.
The body of the late Ghanaian diplomat was flown into the country on September 10. Ghana and the world mourns Dr Kofi Annan in a three-day funeral rites in Accra, Ghana.
