Afro-pop singer SSUE, who represented Ghana at Marché International du Disque et de l’Edition Musicale (MIDEM) in France last year, will host a concert dubbed 'Pre-Tour Concert' at the Republic Bar in Osu on Wednesday, July 18.
The concert is being organised by the nation's entertainment powerhouse, Scratch Studio & Publishing, in collaboration with Republic Bar.
The event is expected to attract hundreds of personalities, including music fans and celebrities.
The pre-concert forms part of a series of live music concerts to be staged in Accra and some parts of the country.
SSUE, who has shared the stage with the likes of Becca, Yinka Davis, Osibisa, among others, is expected to treat the audience to authentic Afro-pop music mixed with R&B.
Speaking on her preparedness for the pre-concert, SSUE disclosed her excitement about the show, saying, “I am ready to entertain my fans to their satisfaction. I want my fans to prepare for the event which will be filled with good and danceable live band music.”
The concert, according to SSUE's management, led by Paa Kwesi Holdbrook-Smith (Paakay), is a perfect chance for middle and upper class audience who want to enjoy great music and dance.
