Kumawood’s Frank Naro Supports Korle Bu Child Health Unit

A Kumawood Actor and Musician, Frank Osei known in showbiz as Frank Naro, together with his management team have donated items to the Korle -Bu Child Health Department to help support the needs of children.

The items include boxes of milo, soaps, washing powder, diapers, toilet rolls, detergents, bags of sugar, bottle water and many more worth GH₵6000.

Speaking to the media, Frank Osei said the donation forms part of his social responsibility and love for kids who need the support of society physically and mentally to become strong citizens.

He indicated that children are the future leaders of this country and therefore requires the support, not only their biological parents but the society at large so that they can grow to appreciate people.

“Even though this is just the beginning,” Frank Osei added, “more donations will be done every year to reach other children in the country who also require similar support.”

Receiving the items, the Deputy Director of Nursing Services (DDNS) of Child Health, Korle-Bu, JoyceOppongAyisi expressed her profound gratitude to the team and management of the actor for the kind gesture.

She indicated that the donation will go a long way to help reduce the burden of mothers especially those who are not able to afford some of the items for the children when they visit.

Mrs. Ayisi assured the team of the judicious use of the items to ensure that everybody benefit equally.
