Christiana Love and I are not really divorced - Pastor Love

Mr. Hammond Love, ex-husband of Christiana Love and music producer, , has made a new revelation about their marriage that ended on rocks.

The pastor has said in a latest interview that though his ex-wife is married, they are still legally a couple.

Pastor Hammond Love and Christiana Adwoa Twene who came into the limelight as Christiana Love and now Obaapa Christy were married for nine years with three children. Just like most celebrity marriages, theirs faced its share of problems.

There was some marital misunderstanding between “husband” and “wife” in 2012 which brought about many issues and led to their divorce later on.

But in an in an interview on the Soul Winners Show with Kwadwo Boateng Coxbi on Zylofon FM on Sunday, Pastor Love disclosed that Obaapa Christy is still his wife because their marriage is bonded with law and their matter is still in court.

“Christy is still my wife on paper and I'm not in a rush to marry any other lady until the court approves our divorce,” he answered.

He went ahead to say that, although Christy is already married to a different man whom God has blessed them with one child, he still needs the court to officially set them apart.
