Corporate Ghana Ready For Maiden Joy FM Corporate Jam

After the week’s stress, one surely deserves some break. A well-deserved break that will help the individual relax and make new friends in a holistic atmosphere is ideal.

On Friday, May 11, the SOHO Bar at the Marina Mall will be the right place and atmosphere for such a relaxation.

The venue will host the maiden edition of the Joy FM Corporate Jam, an event carefully planned to help hundreds of corporate executives unwind and have fun.

The event, the first of many to come, as explained by Nhyira Addo, Head of Talk at Joy FM, is well suited for corporate persons who hardly make time to have fun.

“We have different preferences, we have different segmentations within our society and you’ll find that for people like us, if we didn’t do the work we do, we wouldn’t have entertainment.

"There are people who go to work and all they do is work, work, work and there is no social connection even among colleagues,” he noted.

To fix this key challenge, Joy FM, he added, is creating the “platform for people of all walks of life come together from all walks of life within the corporate world in Ghana to just let their hair down, relax, meet new friends, talk about trends…”

There will surely be exciting activities and draws so patrons are encouraged to come with their business cards, Nhyira Addo said.

The Joy FM Corporate Jam, which is free entry for workers, will feature matured music - R&B, highlife and other genres – and it will be “a mix of everything… to get people to relax after a hard week of work.”

Some of Joy FM’s finest DJs and presenters, DJ Black, Andy Dosty, Doreen Andoh, Lexis Bill, Joselyn Dumas, Naa Ashorkor, Nathanial Attoh and others will be in attendance.

So on Friday, patrons are urged just finish those reports on time, shut-down that laptops and take off the flying ties (for men) while the ladies have been encouraged to just keep the heels on a bit long for the highly entertaining experience.
