We said yes and even went through the trouble of going to the police station to verify the permit we had with us before returning to our post to continue selling. The policeman who could only be identified by his alleged nickname “Commander one million” approached us again saying he is arresting us, Kwaku tried to talk to him and asked him if we cannot sell to get our daily bread anymore in this country, the question did not o down well with the police man who ordered that we followed him to the police station again. It was when we got there that he asked some of the police men to forcibly lock Kwaku Manu up. The police men also man handled him and threw him in jail”.

Still recounting the ordeal to Kumasi FM, he also noted that their driver was also arrested and put in the cell with Kwaku.
