The Kwahu Presbytery of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana has launched its 45th anniversary amidst great excitement.
The launch of the anniversary celebration, which is on the theme: 'Let The Earth Hear', was held at the church's auditorium at Kwahu Pepease last Wednesday.
The five-day celebration is expected to attract ministers of God, members of the Presbyterian Church from various branches within the Kwahu District, among others.
Some of the activities lined up for the celebration include a song ministration which will feature the church choir and some selected gospel artistes, seminars, workshops and a host of others.
It will be climaxed with a church service on Sunday, April 22.
The guest speakers for the occasion are Rev Appiah Sarfo Kantanka, Nkawkaw district minister; Rev Michael Ampaw -Asiamah, acting clerk, Rev E. K. Obeng, Dr Michael Nanor, Rev Kwadwo Nkansah and Rev Mark Kakari Akuamo.
Dignitaries who are expected to grace the church service on Sunday are Eric Kwakye Darfour, Eastern regional minister; Bryan Acheampong, Minister of State in-charge of National Security, among others.
