Movie Producers Denied Access To Kumasi Rattray Park

Movie producers and directors are crying foul for been denied access to shooting movies at the Kumasi Rattray Park, a recreational centre in the Ashanti Region.

According to one of the disappointed producers, Director Twumasi who shared his bitterness and disappointment with Seancitygh's OGEE, he wrote to the management to be given the facility to shoot one of his movies but was denied access.

He said when he went there to get explanations to the denial, he was told they do not give the facility out for such activities and purposes, which he does not understand.

The Kumasi Rattray Park is one of the biggest and beautiful recreational centres in the Ashanti Region where the public go for relaxation and sceneries.

The park, a multi million facility was built by the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly (KMA) under the leadership of Hon. Kojo Bonsu in the elsewhere NDC government.
