
When it comes to local Television series, with fully packed, rib cracking and exciting series in every episode, ‘James Town Fisherman’ is so far the best among the rest, Miss Ghana 2010, Stephanie Karikari has said.
According to the former beauty queen, ‘Jamestown Fisherman’ being her favorite TV show had since its inception, provided her all the fan and excitement she needed.
“This is the only TV show I can say… I have never missed a single scene, this is the only show I can sit, and within a minute tell you the role each character play…apart from how it thrills me, I can as well say it is out there to educate its fans”. These she said when she paid a visit to the ‘James Town Fisherman ‘crew in James Town, a suburb of Accra in the Greater Accra region, last Saturday.
Addressing the crew, Miss Karikari admonished the management to be focused and put up continuous effort into satisfying their fans.
Chief Executive Officer of Philmtools Media, producer of ‘James Town Fisherman’, Daniel Kofi Ewusi, on his part expressed gratitude to Miss Karikari for her encouraging observations, adding “we are poised to making sure our fans never get bored…it is a comedy show and our scripts , even before we put it into play, we make sure it is something that can make you forget your worries, we are very grateful to Miss Karikari for her wonderful and appreciable words, during this her august visit, I must say the James Town Fisherman Management and its entire crew is well swollen-headed especially with her kind of person, and yet has never missed any of our shows, we are so much grateful, and I take this opportunity to reiterate our commitment of thrilling those our fans out there.”
