Born Esther Boakye in real life but widely known in the gospel song ministration as Mama Esther,mostly noted for an inspirational and moltivational tunes, a native of Ankase, a suburb of Mampong in Ashanti region who started her basic education at Tafo L/A Primary but the mother of four ended it at Sepase Middle School in Kumasi.

Speaking to Worshipper in an interview on A1 Radio,the ‘’Goliath Beko’’ hitmaker revealed that singing has been an intergral part of her but did not have the mindset to become a gospel musician because she realized her voice was not too good to be a musician but her life turned around divinely when she was invited to perform at a wedding ceremony,after her performance a young man confronted her to visit his studio so she can make good use of her talent .

The gospel crooner who have 7th studio recording album said many days of putting into considerations of both advice that have come from many believers,she realised to give it a try that paved way for her to realeased her maiden album Goliath Beko in 2001 which became an instant hit nationwide.

Some of her notable songs are Kasempa nkoa,Waye lucky, Me judge akasa, and others she is also into fashion designing and wedding decoration and the founder of Estabot Production a managerial firm for her musical career.
