The TV3 Reality show, Mentor II, which took off last Sunday at TV3's Studio B in Accra, has begun seeing harsh and frustrating judgments being passed on contestants' performances from judges Mark Okraku Mantey.

Unlike other judges who tried using softer means of commenting on contestants' performances, Mark, after observing contestant Number 8, Anita, during her performance, remarked, “I don't feel you”, preceding it with an admiration of Anita's outfit.

Anita could however, not keep her composure, having been unhappy with the comment.

Though feigning paying rapt attention to the other judges, as they passed their comments, she was not herself, even, as she aknowledged praises from Latoya.

Contestants' performances on the whole, could best be described as above average, and was an improvement on the previous mentor show.

This time around, contestants displayed quality breath control, powerful voices, as well as great confidence and stage-craft during their performances.

But come next Sunday, one of these contestants would be evicted, as the show assumes its thrilling and challenging eviction stage.

Whether or not the show would manage to skip the eviction stage this week, the question still lingers: Who leaves the Mentor House first?

Contestants, to that effect, are rehearsing tirelessly to avoid the eviction spotlight.

Alongside the few selected Judges, tasked to assess the show, Ghanaians, the ultimate judges, are expected to vote by texting the names of their favourite contestants to Tigo SMS code 445, to ensure their stay in the House.

Consequently, sections of the public were not quite happy, having missed the show last Sunday, simply because they had power outages in their respective areas.
