Jay Z has started globe trotting the world, working hand in hand with the United Nations and MTV in making the world aware of something so simple but hard to come by, quality (drinkable) water through music by performing for some of his unseen fans with Ghanaian music fans inclusive.

Another international sexy female musician icon every one wants to see accompany the 'Jigga Man' is Beyonce, his longtime girlfriend who just announced their wedding plans.

Reliable information reaching us is that Beyonce will not be coming to Ghana but will be in Nigeria with Snoop Dogg, Mary J. Blige, Missy Elliot to help Jay Z as part of Nigeria's independence. Long time pal and pioneer at Rocafella Records, Memphis Bleek will be his hype man with Green Latern on the one and tools.

Jay Z and Beyonce have both collaborated on songs like 'Bonnie & Clyde', 'That's How Y Like It' and 'Deja Vu' which has seen them winning awards at world recognized award ceremonies.

Speaking to Nii Ayitey, we asked him why no Ghanaian hiphop artiste was added to the bill to warm up the stage before Jay Z comes upstage. "We don't have very good hiphop artistes here. We chose artistes that appeal to the audience". But I still insisted that we had good hiphop artistes like Mensa, Nana King, Skillions, Scientific, Trigger, Trigmatic and more.

The local artistes picked to grace the night's show are Reggie Rockstone, Wutah, Batman, Obrafour, Jane Logan and Irene Logan.
