The grand finale of the Inter-Collegiate Personality Awards takes place at La Palm Royal Beach Hotel on September 13, at 8p.m. At stake is a crown.
Nine brainy undergraduates will vie for this crown in what is expected to be a very keen final extravaganza. They are Pearl Sali (Ho Poly), Golda Anim (IPS), Patience Eshun (UCC), Priscilla M. Amoako (Accra Poly) and Eunice Gidiglo (Cape Coast Poly).
The rest are Sophi Yarboh (KNUST), Evelyn Akayete (Sunyani Poly), Dzifa Agudetse (Central University) and Alice Atibuga (University of Education). After going through a very tough intelligence test and coming out with flying colours, they have raised funds for the Weija Laprosarium.
They have toured Ghana and captured various historic and tourist sites on film and lens. These will be showcased on television from September to boost Ghana's tourism drive. The college beauties have also undergone several grooming sessions including presentation skills, body language, mentorship (with notable entrepreneurs). The beauties are all in top-shape for the event. It has all the promise of a big show and the sponsors are impressed with the preparation.
Featuring during the event are Kiki Gyan, Rolanda, Wulomei, Kokoveli, Batman and Nana King.
