Actress Nadia Buari premiered the first movie she personally produced and directed, Diary of Imogen Brown, at the Accra International Conference Centre in Accra on Monday.
The premiere was received with mixed feelings, as some movie enthusiasts described it as 'cool and motivational,' while others were unhappy with the quality of the production, especially when it came from a top class actress who studied Theatre Arts and also the daughter of a top notch veteran movie maker.
The second screening of the movie came with a few dramas. Some patrons were seen leaving the auditorium while the movie was still screening. They could not wait to watch the entire movie.
While some complained vehemently about lateness in the start of the second screening at 9pm, others had issues with the standard of the movie and could not continue watching.
