Vaisat1, a leading entertainment television station in Accra will on Friday organize a Farewell party bash to congratulate Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Charlotte Gustavsson for her three years of service to the media entity.

It has been a thrilling three years of acquaintance with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Charlotte Gustavsson, and she is now handing over the baton to her successor.  

The television station will organize a party bash this Friday, October 18, 2013,at the La Villa Boutique Hotel in Osu.

As an Entrepreneurial CEO with 3 years experience in West Africa, she has grown the company - Viasat1 - into becoming the 2nd biggest TV station in Ghana, with sales CAGR of plus 60% since inception 2009, and into breaking even in Q2 2013.

Viasat1 was also voted “Top of mind TV brand” in 2013. I have launched several new own productions including News and a Breakfast show.

Under her administration Viasat1 has aired both Champions League and the Premier League. Viasat1 is now part of DSTVs DTT platform on GOTV which has expanded its geographical footprint.

The Management of MTG mentions Viasat1 as “One of the fastest growing deployments in the MTG history” in their Capital Markets Day presentations, June 13th 2013. Prior to broadcasting, Charlotte Gustavsson worked as a Corporate Finance consultant at KPMG.
