Big Chris
Known by his family as Obodai Christopher, Big Chris is a mixed race of a Chinese Malaysian mother and a Ghanaian father. Born on the 2nd of July, 1990, the half-caste was raised in London.
In 2007, Chris graduated from Merton College with an upper degree in Technical Administration, Computer Hardware and a diploma in Website developing. From Croydon College, out of 27 graduates, the Shark merged as the second best candidate in 2009 as a Sound Engineer.
Having worked with a major studio in Brixton called Raw Material; Chris is a producer, writer, singer and a rapper. And for 6 weeks continuously, his first single, “Bring it down” was number #1 in the Channel U charts, UK.
SWAG KID
Tagged as the new kid on block, Swag Kid was born on16th November, 2000. Known in real life as Ese Emokiniovo, Swag started listening to music at the age of three and discovered his talent at age seven.
As pupil at the Osu Presbyterian preparatory school, the boy writes his own lyrics. Less than a month ago, the Ghanaian based Nigerian had endorsement from renowned musicians and actors from West Africa.
Being inspired by God, the young rapper is not looking forward to be a star but rather a brand that people will run to and a reference that remains forever. With such dream, unlike other underground rappers, Swag Kid had over nine record labels chasing after him both in Ghana and in Nigeria with standard contracts just to have him pen his signature.
And today, 22nd December, 2012, C-7 is officially launching it outfit and it first badge of artistes 'Big Chris and Swag Kid' (NOT DUO).
