US-based Ghanaian R&B singer, Eric Turkson aka Qweci, who arrived in Ghana a couple of weeks ago to market his latest album, ' Mipe Wo Saa' , on Wednesday afternoon presented an amount of GH¢500 to the New Horizon Special School in Accra.
During the presentation, Qweci, formerly called Ded Buddy, said the donation formed part of his plans to give back to society, adding that it was his gift to the children who needed support from people like him.
Receiving the money, the administrative assistant of the school, Victoria Akua Danso, expressed her heartfelt appreciation for the kind gesture extended to the school. She thanked the R&B artiste for the donation and called on individuals and organizations to also support the school.
