KwawKese, known as “The King of the Streets” or better still, “Abodam” (mad man) has stated that, this year, 2011 is the first time he has fallen in love. He said, “it is possible you might be with the right person but the love will not come until after some time. All these years, this is the first time I have fallen in love”. The musician will however not disclose the details of his love affair.
The crazy Hip-Life musician whose 4th album is to be sold in the market starting from today, Monday, 27th June, 2011, said, the good lord is behind his success story all this while. “My 4th album is out and it has its own uniqueness. It is about my life story and it is titled, “The Untold Stories” and has 14 tracks on it. The album shows how matured I have become and I thank God for that. God is really behind me. Apart from God, the people I work with are also behind me. They are crazy and you know when two mad people meet, it is mad squared”.
KwawKese made these revelations on Radio Universe's “weekend mix” show withCaleb GiovaniAdjomah. When asked whether he goes to church, he said, “I don't condemn any church but I don't go to church. I try to pray every time in order to get closer to God. I believe seriously in God”.
When asked whether he has regretted taking the name tag, “Abodam”, he said, he has never regretted and will not regret any day. “However”, he said, “I can change my style of dressing or the food I eat but not the madness in me (Abodam). The madness in me is now beautiful madness. It used to be rough and now it is like UNICEF. The new madness is about maturity”.
The ace musician known in real life as Emmanuel Botchway also hinted he has decided to smoke the peace pipe with other musicians whom he had few issues with. According to him, “we have to blow one horn and settle our differences and think of how to make money”.
