I have never called Okyeame Kwame to Apologize says Obrafour
Obrafour, who is undoubtedly one of the most phenomenal music makers in Ghana has expressed a deep worry about how sections of the media publish false stories about his relationship with The Rap Doctor ,Okyeame Kwame.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with Private Party Show on Luv 99.5fm last Saturday, Obrafour said he had never smoked any peace pipe with Okyeame Kwame beause there was no problem with Okyeame kwame and he.
Obrafour was worried about the rumour floating in the air that he buried the hatchet with Okyeame Kwame. Obrafour says he and Okyeame Kwame are in good terms thus there is no 'beef' between them.
According to Obrafour ,he had never called Okyeame Kwame on phone to apologize for anything for he hasn't done anything wrong.”Where are all these rumours coming from that I called Okyeame Kwame to apologize.It is false.I wouldn't do that because I don't see anything wrong whith the single that I have released,Obrafour said.
Obrafour stated that he was disappointed with the single released from the 1mic Ent Crew,named Tatoo.
”I am very disappointed because I don't know why Okyeame Kwame's 1 mic crew named tattoo dissed me in a song.”Obrafour said.
Guru was in the also in the studios of Luvfm during the on going interview of Obrafour with Winfred on the Private Party show.Guru expressed his opinion about that the phrase “OK has raped a girl” is just a fiction but not fact.According to Guru ,the only substantial point worth mentioning is when he mentioned “Best Rapper Alive”.”You would know whom I am referring to when I say best rapper alive.I respect Okyeame Kwame so much.No diss to him,”Guru said.
Obrafour performed at Joy FM Nite with the Stars where he revisited the controversy by bringing a mannequin in a T-shirt with O.K inscribed on it and had the acronym Okyeame Kwame created from Best Rapper Alive, BRA, written in it. The audience as well as the media begun to wonder why Obrafuor had OK and BRA in the T-shirt worn by the mannequin if he was not alluding to Okyeame Kwame in his song.
Obrafour was asked about the T-shirt he wore to the Joy Fm Nite with Stars which was inscribed O.K and BRA.And he said ”It is just BRA OK,”.He didn't give further detail about the T-shirt.
According to Obrafour, it wouldn't be a problem if Okyeame Kwame reply him personally with a single.”I am ready for any diss from Okyeame Kwame ,but when he replies I will surely reply him.”Obrafour said.
