Jennifer Lopez's ex blocked from selling home sex video
Jennifer Lopez has won a temporary court order to stop her first husband from selling a video of their sex life.
The singer and actress is suing Ojani Noa, who she was married to for less than 11 months, for $10m (£6m) in damages over the movie.
She also wants him permanently banned from distributing it after finding out he had approached people within the film industry.
The video includes scenes of the couple in sexual situations, including their time in a hotel room during their honeymoon in 1997, according to legal documents filed by Lopez.
A judge in Los Angeles blocked the film, called How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The JLo And Ojani Noa Story, until a further court hearing on whether to issue a permanent ban.
The movie could breach a contract between the former couple in which Noa agreed not to disclose private information about his famous ex-wife, Superior Court Judge James Chalfont said.
But Noa, a chef and model, insisted after the ruling: 'I'm going to fight this."
Lopez, who has been married to third husband Marc Anthony since 2004, has successfully sued her first ex before.
Two years ago, Noa was ordered to pay the 'Maid In Manhattan' star $545,000 (325,000) over a tell-all book he planned to publish about their life together.
The court is scheduled to make a final ruling on the video later.
Lopez, 40, also married choreographer Cris Judd in 2001 but the marriage lasted for just nine months.
