Accra, July 25, GNA - The President of Malta, Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca, arrived Tuesday evening in Accra for a three-day State visit to strengthen the bond between the two countries for the wellbeing of their peoples.
Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia met Madam Preca, who was accompanied by her husband, at the Kotoka International airport , where they exchanged pleasantries.
Ghana and Malta would sign a Memorandum of Understanding after high levels discussions on areas of mutual interest by their leaders.
Madam Preca would attend a business forum, watch a football match at the Asamoah Gyan Sporting Complex in Accra and visit Kumasi and Cape Coast.
