Ghana in better hands - retired Public Servant

Koforidua (E/R), Jan 16, GNA - A retired Public Servant, Mr. Agyei Adoquaye, has hailed the ministerial nominations made by President Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo.

He said he had absolute confidence in the nominees and he found them to be capable.

Mr. Adoquaye, a former Director of Public Relations, National Population Council, told the Ghana News Agency (GNA), that the President by his appointments had shown that the country was in 'good and safe hands'.

He indicated that some of the designated ministers, had served in the Kufour Administration and had the skills, competence and experience to make things happen.

He also touched on the creation of new ministries and said this would bring efficiency to aid the President to carry through his development vision.

He cited the new Ministry of Railway Development and noted that it was the way forward to rapidly develop the railway system.
