Herewith the fixtures of the African Zone Group D for the FIFA World Cup South Africa after the draw was made on Wednesday in Zurich.
Ghana's Black Stars has been placed in Group D along side Benin, Sudan and Mali.
Information gathered by GNA Sports from FIFA sources indicates that Ghana's opening match in the qualifiers would be a home match encounter against Benin whilst Sudan also host Mali all on 28 March 2009.
On 6th June 2009, Mali would play host to the Black Stars whilst Sudan also welcomes Benin on the same date.
Sudan would play host to Ghana on 20th June 2009 with Mali also welcoming Benin.
On 5th September 2009 Benin would welcome Mali at home whilst Ghana also play host to Sudan.
Benin would host Ghana on 10th October 2009 while Mali welcomes Sudan on the same date.
Ghana's Black Stars would crown the qualifiers with a home game when they host Mali on 14th November 2009 whilst Sudan also play host to Benin in the grand finale to determine who qualifies to the Mundial at the South Africa 2010.
