According to Mr Sackey, a few months ago the four-kilometre road from the town to the Oda Secondary School junction, on the main Oda - Ofoase road was reshaped, but had very soon deteriorated.

He appealed to the Highway and Feeder Roads Authorities to terminate the contract of any contractor whose performance fell below expectation to ensure that efficient work was done.
The Assembly Member advised contractors to ensure that they stayed at the sites always, to monitor the progress of work and not to leave work in the hands of their labourers.
