The Ghana Statistical Service (Ghana Statistical Service) has underscored the critical role of data in driving the successful implementation of government's 24-Hour Economy initiative.
Government Statistician Alhassan Iddrisu says reliable data and statistics must be treated as essential national infrastructure to support policy planning, investment decisions, and effective monitoring of the programme's impact on economic growth and job creation.
He made the remarks while speaking before the Committee on Economy and Development, stressing that accurate data systems are key to ensuring the success and sustainability of the 24-hour economic model.
