H.E. DR. Kwame Bawuah-Edusei hosted a Town Hall Meeting for the Ghanaian Community in the Washington Metro area at the Chancery of the Embassy on Friday 17th November 2006.

Addressing the gathering, Ambassador Bawuah-Edusei noted that the governments prudent management of the economy in tandem with its respect for democratic principles has endeared the country to the international community, as a result of which the government has and continues to receive support for its accelerated development agenda. He urged the diasporan community to take advantage of the varied opportunities offered by AGOA and the MCA and the attractive investment climate invest in the country.
