Hearts of Oak Publication Relation Officer (PRO) Kwame Opare Addo has confirmed to  Pulse.com.gh , that his outfit has not made a contact to coach Didi Dramani for the club's coaching job.

The Phobians' late in the just ended season appointed Yaw Preko as interim head coach following the sacking of Sergio Traguil who joins the club midway into the season.

However, reports in the local media has it that the former Premier League champions are targeting Dramani for the club's coaching job.

'It is not true we have contacted Didi Dramani for the club's coaching job has it is been reported,' Opare Addo told Pulse.com.gh . READ MORE: Teye Partey makes cameo appearance in Atleti win over Bayern

Opare also touched on Yaw Preko's future at the club, saying:

'The club's management has not taken a decision regarding the club's coaching job, we have to sit down and take a lot of things into consideration and if in the best interest of the club Yaw Preko can lead Hearts of Oak why not, we will give that support and we will continue to move forward.

'But after analyzing things we think Yaw Preko need a hand in order to achieve what we want to achieve next season why not. We will bring the person and explain to them the club's target for next season,' he added.

The Phobians finished at the third position with 48 points in the just ended league, and they have gone seven seasons without a trophy.
