SEP 25, 2016 LISTEN

Former Asante Kotoko striker Ahmed Toure has filed a report to FIFA against his former side over unpaid signing on fee which is GH¢ 40,000.

Kotoko terminated Toure's contract last January after the clubs felt he wasn't committed to their course.

According to the Ivorian, he was given half of the money in his first year after signing two-year contract with the Porcupine Warriors two seasons ago. The remaining is yet to be settled by the club.

"Kotoko terminated my contact. I signed two years in Kotoko and they gave me half of the money in the first year, but didn't give the other half which is almost GH¢ 40,000,' he told Angel FM. READ MORE: Kwadwo Asamoah escapes surgery in latest injury

He continued: "As am talking to you, I have taken the case to FIFA against them. I'm telling you the truth today because they cancelled my contract and didn't give me my money.

"I did that before signing for Bechem, am waiting for the reply from FIFA."

The controversial goal poacher ahead of the 2016/17 Ghana Premier League has signed a two-year deal with FA Cup champions Bechem United.
