Hearts of Oak, the Continental Club Masters have made history as the first club to reach 50,0000+ on Facebook, beating rivals Asante Kotoko.
This is something enviable, after 15 months of creating the social networking site, Facebook
The club took to their twitter handle to express their gratitude to their teeming fans for letting it come through: "THANK-YOU: Accra Hearts of Oak thanks each and every one of you for helping us to reach 50,000 LIKES on Facebook...."
They also have 27, 280 followers on micro-blogging site Twitter and also 6,292 followers on Instagram.
