Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri has heaped praises on Kwadwo Asamoah following the midfielder's superlative performance in Saturday's Italian Serie A opener against Fiorentina.
The return of the indomitable Asamoah was vital for the Juventus midfield. The player who has suffered from various injuries for two years was deployed in the "Pogba role" on the night, the Ghanaian produced a beautiful display of football.
"I'm very satisfied with Asamoah's display," Allegri said.

"Now he's training well and showing his quality."
Allegri was also satisfied with his team's output in general, saying: "I have to thank the boys, first of all because we've started better than last season.
"We played a good first half, putting Fiorentina under plenty of pressure, even if we over-elaborated things at precisely the time when we needed to put the opposition to the sword."
The Ghanaian lasted the entire duration of the game as the Old Lady recorded a 2-1 win over the Lilies at the Juventus Stadium.
