Ghana international Mubarak Wakaso is hoping to reach the Europa league group stage with his club Panathinaikos.
Panathinaikos saw off Brondby 3-0 in a bad-tempered affair in the first leg of the Europa League play-offs.
Marcus Berg struck twice and Cristian Ledesma added the third for the Greek outfit, while captain and goalkeeper Fredrik Ronnow and Svenn Crone were sent off for Brondby.

And Wakaso said after the game: "It was a very important victory, but we still have to play them in the second leg.
"We had a good day today and won. I hope we even perform better and beat them at their own home grounds.
"For me, if we continue to work like this, we will be in the Europa League group stage.
