Kwadwo Asamoah: "I'll play anywhere Allegri wants" - Juventus midfielder

Kwadwo Asamoah is happy to play anywhere for Italian giants Juventus.

The Ghanaian, who has missed most of the past two seasons with knee problems, says he is delighted to have come through pre-season unscathed and is looking forward to putting his injury nightmare firmly behind him by entering the 2016/17 campaign firing on all cylinders.

"I'm ready to play both as a midfielder and a wing-back," Asamoah told Sky Italia.

'It all depends on what the Coach [Massimiliano Allegri] tells me to do. If he says 'Asa, play as a midfielder' then I'm ready to do that role, I can do that or play on the flank.

'I'm training well together with my teammates, we're ready to get the season started. It's been almost two years that I haven't had pre-season with the team.

'This time I've been able to do everything and also play in all of the friendlies. I'm glad that I've managed to spend all the time with the squad.

'It's not that I was scared to come back, it's just that I was worried about not feeling the same as before, that I wouldn't be able to train and play with the team.

'On the contrary though, at the moment those things haven't happened.'
